I often hear people describe their dream home. I hear things like: a place that's private but still close enough to enjoy the amenities of downtown Evergreen. A place where you can have a deck that allows you to hide behind the trees and immerse yourself in nature, and if we’re being really picky, a creek rushing below said deck. A place where you can’t decide what you enjoy more - the incredible rock outcroppings, being nestled in the trees, or spending your afternoon on a hammock down by the water. A place that if you can pull yourself away from the Snow White scene outside, that is just as impressive inside. A place with huge walls of windows so you feel like you’re in a treehouse. A place that has a great main floor entertaining area, complete with access to the deck, along with kitchen, living and dining rooms. A place that is drenched in sunshine. A place with a main level and lower-level living room so there can be separation when needed. A place that has been upgraded and well maintained. A place with a primary suite completely secluded from the rest of the rooms, on its own level – your secret escape. And if there’s any way, the primary suite would overlook the creek and maybe, just maybe if you sleep with your windows open you’ll hear the lullabies coming from the creek. A place with a walkway to a separate building that has a million possibilities – think guest bedroom, yoga studio, office, art studio, gym space, meditation room – the possibilities are endless. A place where you can view nature, the trees, listen to the birds, listen to the creek, explore the rocks, see the animals and of course, stargaze at night. And while we're dreaming, this place must have at least four bedrooms because let's be honest, if you found this dream house, everyone you know would want to come to visit. Wish granted; we found your house, 900 Witter Gulch Road, Evergreen, it’s what dreams are made of.
