Duane Alexander Conrad was Born in the Bronx, New York 1969 and moved with his family to South Florida in the early 1970's.

He grew up in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Weston) graduated from Weston High School and attended college locally.

After purchasing and renovated several homes he became a licensed Realtor in the early 2000's and moved to Parkland.

Duane was contact by WCI in 2009 and successfully reopened Parkland Golf & County Club in 2010. Sold the first remediated CDW home to start the rejuvenation of PGCC, the most expensive development in Parkland.

After the sale of PGCC to Toll Brothers Duane reopened another WCI Community, Heron Bay where he stayed until the Community was almost sold out.

In 2016 Duane Joined Travers Miran Realty and started the Conrad Bros Real Estate Team. Along with his brother Dana Conrad.
