Bonnie Smith ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, MRE, RSPS, SAS, SRES, SRS, ALHS, TRC is Owner and Managing Broker of Dream Big Colorado. She has served for many years as a National Association of REALTORS Director and as a CAR Director. She currently serves on NAR Finance Committee. Bonnie was the 2017 Colorado REALTOR of the Year, and the 2007 REALTOR of the Year for Summit REALTORS. She was also 2005 SAR President, and 2007 District Vice President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS. She served as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. In 2007 she was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame, and is a triple inductee, going in most recently in 2021 at the $75K level.

Bonnie graduated from Boston College and attended the Executive MBA program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Active in local non-profits, Bonnie has served on many Boards in Summit County as well as the Breckenridge Ambassadors, a local business outreach.
